Petroio pool
The project arose from the need to build a swimming pool to replace an existing pond, harmoniously integrating with the surrounding hillside terracing and olive trees. Foundations on drilled piles and hand excavation made the work challenging but valuable. The concrete pool was waterproofed and clad in cloudy walnut-colored travertine, while the bottom and walls feature a polished finish. The result is a pool that blends in with nature, a landscaped treasure.
